Sugar is also the most sustained form of carbohydrate in the body. For the mal-nourished, the importance of sugar is unquestionable. Sugar Also makes our diet a complete by adding essential energy to it.

For many people, inclusion of sugar in the diet is mentally and psychologically satisfying and this may help to reduce stress levels significantly.

But as the saying goes, everything should be done in moderation; sugar too needs to be taken in moderation. Otherwise, we may have to face its bad consequences as listed below.

Is sugar bad?

It is a well-known fact that sugars in natural forms like those in fruits or sprouts are much better than the refined sugars.
