Live A Balanced Life And Stay Healthy!

If you go to a person who is suffering from any illness, then you would realize the importance of a good and healthy body. Nowadays, the life has become so much mechanical that we forget to take care of our health and physique because of the excessive work load and busy schedule. Most of us have the routine of sitting for long hours in front of computers without any kind of movement.

Even though it’s the part of our work in offices, but we should be very much cautious about the health risks which are posed to us because of such hectic routine. Sitting on the chair for long hours have been reported to cause a great percentage of muscular diseases including backaches, shoulder cramps/pains, knees and so forth. Most of the time our posture is not correct, and therefore we suffer more.

We suggest you to balance your routine by bringing some small changes in your life style. Here are few tips which can allow you to stay fit with your tough work routine;

A. While in office, try to walk for small works like getting a print out, scanning a sheet or making tea. Try to keep the printing and scanning machines in another room or away from your desk, so that you can move little to perform desired action.

B. Go for a walk in the evening for 15 to 30 minutes at least. This will let your muscles get back from the stress and hence you won’t lose your stamina as well.

C. Occasionally walk off to say a “hello” to your neighbor.

D. Use stairs instead of lift especially when you don’t have any urgent task.

Are you fatigues by the routine exercise regime in your gym? Well, man is an animal who desires change constantly. He always gets bored by day to Day routine and wants to bring about few changes in his routine so that it keeps him motivating to do better. Same is the case with exercise routine. Today, everyone has understood the importance of keeping oneself fit with apt diet and exercise. We know how dangerous it is to cross the normal waist-hip ratio that can make us diseased. However, many people leave their good regimens half-way because they get bored of the same course of exercise daily. Then what to do?

Well, leaving exercise altogether is obviously not an option. Then how can we shed boredom associated with disciplinary exercise routine? By bringing change into it! Yes, by inculcating a variety of exercises in our day to day exercise regimen. We can have fun while exercising and also reap benefits of different exercises. It has been also found that those people who are extremely motivated towards strict exercise routines are healthy no doubt, but they are not overly fit and also lack the “fun-factor” that should be associated with your exercise pattern.

Variety of exercises-

Choose any of the 6-7 varieties of exercise routines and select each exercise for each day in a week. You can also overlap few of them or do permutation and combination if you happen to choose many forms of exercises. Let’s derive a primary list of exercises to do this week-

Monday: Yoga and Pilates- We know that different Yoga or Pilates postures give our body a flexible module and a great posture. A sense of well-being and confident gait prevails. The stresses and overt anxiousness do not trouble you. Isn’t it a great way to start off your work-week?

Tuesday: Walking- Many fitness enthusiast and experts believe that walking is the best form of exercise. No risks of any sorts and huge benefits. Walking tones all the muscles in the body. Add aerobic style walking to your regime and no need of any cardio exercise too! Get cardio-benefits by walking little faster in aerobic style. Just lift your hands little, fold them at the elbow, and move them to and fro. This makes you an aerobic walker.

Wednesday: Swimming- Those with articular problems can truly enjoy their Wednesday if they keep it aside for swimming. If you know swimming, it’s a great feeling to be in waters with similar minded people around. If you do not know swimming, it is great fun to learn also. No doubt, it gives you a good overall exercise without putting undue stress on your joints.

Thursday: Dancing- It is said that aerobic dancing or any other type of dancing is the best form of exercise for those who want to utilize the cardio-benefits from it. Also it is great fun to dance around the house on your favorite tunes. You can join a dance class if you want to have more fun and learn it from experts. Even on week days, you can definitely enjoy at least an hour of dancing in your free time and reap the unending benefits.

Friday: Tennis- Tennis or any other sport activity is a great way to burn your calories effectively and have tremendous fun. The sporting habit should also be inculcated in our children from the beginning so that they are developed into healthier adults. Not only tennis but there may be number of sports that you are interested in. give it a chance on one Friday and see the difference. Well, you need not spend the whole day. Join a class or learn it free from your friends. Enjoy your closeness with them while losing those extra bulges.

Saturday: Gym- Yeah, once a week on an off day like Saturday, you can try hitting gym and get involved in disciplined exercises as per the directions of your coach. Definitely a great way to stay cardio-fit!

Sunday: Rush your adrenalin- Its holiday and you can spice up your life and that of your children by engaging in some adrenalin activity. There are many options like skiing, parasailing, jet skiing, and surfing. Many more options can be created by searching locally in your area. Get yourself ecstatic before starting with the week next day afresh!

You can very well incorporate many other forms of exercises as per your wishes and whims. What you need most is the motivation factor to stay tuned with your exercise routine. Then only it is possible to have a tuned body!
